Allan may soon regret letting me post on here, but anyway here we go. I’m Zara and this is my first post on the illustrious Allan Peters blog.
The other day I was watching a great documentary on graffiti called Bomb It (available on netflix streaming, yay!) And I remembered how much I adore the Brazilian twins Os Gêmeos and the beautiful figures they paint on buildings all around the world. What I love about them is how different their work is from other street artists. They have an extremely distinct style, full of pattern and color, that is very much influenced by Brazilian culture and the environment they grew up in. Fantastic stuff.
